Dunce: Brego - Early Dog Years

Brego moves in! Selected strips from the early days of life with Brego.

Brego came to our house in June 2015, long before I was doing any Dunce-strips at all. Still, what I did at the time was filling my sketchbooks with diary comics, many of these have later come to use. Luckily I documented the early days of Brego-life, those diary pages eventually turned into the sequences that fills the first third of this zine. 

After introducing Brego, I quickly learned that he was an great fit with my strip, he moved in with more or less a full universe of his own. On my writing days, it's always refreshing to get his dog-eyed views on whatever's going on, often for comic effect, but just as often for his ... clear dog-angled wisdom. To many readers he seems to be a favorite, too.
